The Psychologically Safe Workplace Awards (PSWAs) are a national, evidence-based annual competition that measures the employee experience with respect to workplace mental health.

Congratulations to the 2022 winners! See the full list of winning organizations here. The editors at Talent Canada and OHS Canada are working on additional content from the live event we hosted on Oct. 20. More details to come.

Participating employers are required to have workers complete the Mental Fitness Index (MFI) from Howatt HR. Organizations are scored on credible criteria, validated by an independent judging panel, and star employers are named to the annual list.

The PSWAs are an independent, evidence-based and credible awards program. Winning one is an extraordinary achievement that can be a true differentiator for your organization.

Participating organizations receive a dashboard with high-level aggregate results and a benchmark report with useful insights. Plus, every participating employee gets their own personalized report.

On Sept. 15, 2022, winners will be recognized during a special gala cocktail reception and dinner in Toronto that also features a conference component. Registration opens soon.
