The deadline to complete the award process is June 30, 2022.
To be eligible for this award, organizations must meet the following criteria:
- Have at least 30 Canadian-based employees in their organization (full-time or part-time)
- Meet a minimum participation rate for the Mental Fitness Index (MFI) assessment, based on total number of employees.

| 30-49 | 75% of population |
| 50-99 | 60% of population |
| 100-499 | 45% of population |
| 500+ | 30% of population |
- Pay the registration fee, based on the organization size:
| Number of Employees | Registration fee |
| Less than 100 employees | $499 + tax |
| 100 – 500 employees | $799 + tax |
| More than 500 employees | $999 + tax |
